ReplyDeleteI know the difference between Sri Lankan air hostess and the Indian air hostess!Our family were on an indian air line, and the hostess served us with breakfast. When the coffee was brought she spilled it on my mother's clothes. She never said sorry or no apology whatsoever!.. that's their attitude!
